It is W.A.S.P.S Out of School Club policy to ensure that all staff have enhanced CRB checks before commencement of employment and that all staff are trained by Young in Herts on Basic Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Children (Child Protection).  We also ensure that we have a First Aider on site at all times and staff are also encouraged to attend training to gain an NVQ in Playwork at level 2 or 3.  We currently have two members of staff who are trained at level 3 and one trained at level 2.  We also have two members of staff who are currently working towards their level 3.

Our policies and procedures file is always available for parents or carers to look through and should you have any queries regarding these, please feel free to ask a member of staff.
